Heavydrive is also there for you in Switzerland!
With the subsidiary in Urtenen-Schonbühl - around ten kilometers north of Bern - Heavydrive offers Swiss customers competent advice on site and even faster delivery times.
The Swiss Heavydrive location has a well-stocked workshop and a varied rental park with glass suction systems up to 2,000 kilos. Special suction systems such as the VSG 450 KL for installing long and narrow panes weighing up to 450 kilos in conservatories, for example, or the very narrow VSG 900 KS, for mounting panes behind scaffolding, for example, are available on site. Carpenters, window makers and glaziers can use the practical vacuum suction system VSG 600 K for installing panes in standard sizes. Thanks to the four variable plug-in arms, the system can be used flexibly and is suitable for panes weighing up to 600 kilos.
The practical glass assembly device GMG in the models GMG 350 and GMG 600 is also available in Switzerland. With these mobile assembly helpers with a load capacity of 350 or 600 kilos, a single man can transport panes and set them with millimeter precision. This saves manpower on the construction site and helps to maintain the necessary safety distance from other people in times of the Corona crisis. Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, the GMG can be lifted to higher floors without any problems using a chain suspension on the loading crane.
The Swiss branch also has a range of assembly cranes and lifts. The ML 51 assembly lift with gear plate and a lifting height of up to five meters is particularly suitable for small window manufacturers. This allows panes or other loads weighing up to 300 kilos to be lifted. The Swiss warehouse also houses the MRK 86 mini crawler cranes with a hook height of up to 8.6 meters and a load capacity of 2.9 tons and the MRK 144 with a hook height of up to 14.4 m and a load capacity of 3 tons.
All devices are suitable for self-service, if desired also via radio remote control. If larger systems are rented, the Heavydrive expert will personally instruct the customer in how to operate them. With the company's own fleet of vehicles, the systems are delivered in Switzerland within twelve hours. The Tapfheim-based company delivers devices that are not available in Switzerland within 24 hours from the main warehouse in Bavaria.
The Swiss Heavydrive team can be reached by phone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are also there for you by phone or e-mail during the Corona crisis. Until the end of April you will also receive discounts of up to 30 percent for short-term assignments! Find out more from your Heavydrive experts right away.
