With the Heavydrive GMG installation aid, lifting fire doors in and out is an effortless and precise task. Thanks to the innovative design, a single person can operate#install?# the heavy fire protection closures safely and ergonomically, which greatly simplifies and accelerates work processes.

Unique vertical lift for maximum precision

The highlight of the GMG is the unique vertical lift: Instead of a conventional synchronised lift, in which the arm moves sideways and causes inaccurate positioning of the door, the safety door and the lift cylinder always remain exactly vertical. The door is lifted and placed on the pins with millimetre precision, without any lateral displacement. Precise control is conveniently provided by radio remote control. A manipulator head suctions the escape door in the centre, lifts it safely and sets it down in the optimal position. This not only makes lifting and inserting the door easier, but also significantly easier on the back.

Maximum flexibility and easy handling

In addition to its vertical lift, the Heavydrive GMG also impresses with its flexibility: At the push of a button, the fire protection closure can be swung sideways up to 90 degrees or tipped up to 45 degrees. This function allows for easy alignment and adjustment of the door, even in confined installation situations.

Powerful and emission-free – perfect for indoor use

With a load capacity of up to 1000 kilograms, the installation aid is also equipped for heavy-duty applications. All models are equipped with an emission-free battery drive and are therefore perfectly suited for indoor use.
