The new Heavydrive HDL 3000 glass transport cart with a capacity of up to 3,000kg

The new Heavydrive HDL 3000 transport cart makes it easy to safely transport glass panes, insulated glass panels, window elements, steel plates, plastic sheets or stone slabs weighing up to 3,000kg. Even with such a high load bearing capacity, the glass cart still only weighs 220kg and can be adapted and manoeuvred easily.

The HDL 3000 is also extremely adaptable. The length of the connecting rod can be adjusted by up to 10 metres, so it can transport glass panes measuring anywhere from 1.7m to 14m. The adjustable connecting rod also means the transport cart can be stored conveniently for transportation.

Panes are held securely at an almost completely vertical angle of 10 degrees. Panels can be further secured with additional tension belts. The width or depth of the support can easily be adjusted to ensure loads cannot slip.
