Innovative Heavydrive glass transport wagon HD 700 BA "Offroad" is new to the market

The lifting and transport specialist Heavydrive has advanced its tried and proven glass transport wagons and now offers a new, extremely flexible model: Its compact design and ultra-slim body makes the innovative HD 700 BA "Offroad" the ideal solution for narrow passage widths. Flexible applications

The HD 700 BA "Offroad" is an all-rounder that adapts perfectly to complex construction site situations and differently designed glass panes. It has a load capacity of up to 700 kilograms. The pane transport frame has a flexible extension capability and is suitable for glass elements up to 5.5 metres in length and 3.98 metres in height. The glass support width is 120 millimetres, making it possible to transport entire façade elements, heavy glass panes and even façade elements with glass parts integrated into the frame. The two vertically adjustable suction cups are able to suction the pane elements between the bars or transoms inside the frame. The transport wagon, just 500 millimetres wide, can also move the glass elements through very narrow passages. The large wheels make it easy to move off-road and yet have a very deep glass support of 145 millimetres above the ground. This allows the HD 700 BA "Offroad" to navigate uneven ground and thresholds without a problem. Thanks to its innovative design, the wagon is also extremely easy to steer and turn indoors despite having large pneumatic tyres.

Safe and ergonomic transport of the glass pane

The support length of 150 millimetres and the low support point make sure the transported load has a low centre of gravity and a high degree of tilt. In addition, an anti-slip mat stops the window panes from slipping away. The HD 700 BA "Offroad" is extremely ergonomic to operate, as the steering handle is vertically adjustable and can be adapted to the height of the operator. Also, the handle can be aligned in the direction of travel in narrow places, which prevents it from getting stuck. The track can be locked on one axle. This allows the wagon to be steered and pushed safely and easily by just one person. The HD 700 BA "Offroad", then, is set apart by its high safety standards and its exceptional user-friendliness.

The glass transport wagon is easily dismantled in just a few steps and can be shipped on a Euro pallet.
