Heavydrive at BAU 2025 in Munich
The BAU trade fair is being held in Munich from 13 to 17 January 2025. Heavydrive will be showcasing its latest environmentally-friendly installation solutions and innovative modular component placement systems, highlighting key themes at the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems.
The focal point of Heavydrive's stand (130 in hall C5) will be sustainability. Visitors will have the opportunity to see emission-free equipment in action, including the MRK 55 assembly crane with manipulator and the GMG 350 glass assembly device. "Ever since the company was founded, we have developed emission-free and low-noise equipment and continuously expanded this range", explains Günter Übelacker, Managing Director at Heavydrive.
Heavydrive offers a range of new and innovative solutions for assembling finished construction modules. The company will present special systems for placing items such as lift-and-slide elements or prefabricated windows with frames.
To illustrate this, the various assembly solutions, such as the Heavydrive fork adapter, can be demonstrated on a true-to-scale 3D model. Visitors can also learn about the latest Heavydrive developments in robotics, such as the 7-axis manipulator, on the 3D model.
There will also be the chance to test the glass transport trolley HDL 500, the VSG 600 suction system and many other useful glass assembly aids on the Heavydrive stand. "We are very much looking forward to showcasing our innovations and sharing ideas with visitors and colleagues from the industry", says Günter Übelacker.
