Heavydrive transports a vending machine up a flight of stairs in no time

Heavydrive are specialists in difficult transportation and assembly of all types of items, so it was no problem for a professional Heavydrive operator to transport a drinks vending machine weighing just shy of 1,000kg up a narrow, split-level staircase to the landing at the top. The vending machine was attached to the 380V electric MRK 86.0 assembly crane with the help of the patented Heavydrive assembly jig. Thanks to its compact design, the MRK could be placed in the tight stairwell directly below the landing. The operator used remote control to transport the heavy item past the stairs to the upper level safely, without hitting any of the fragile glass railings.

All of Heavydrive’s MRK assembly cranes have non-marking tracks to ensure maximum protection for surfaces, so the transport aides are perfectly suitable for indoor use. The compact cranes are simple to use even where there are tight access points or on uneven surfaces. The experienced Heavydrive experts can advise customers when it comes to choosing the right assembly device.
