Glass wagon which can be disassembled and adapted to the pane size, with 3 extra profiles

Ideally suitable to transport panes and wide, filigree façade elements that are up to 300 mm in depth, 6000 mm in length x 3400 mm in height and weigh up to 1000 kg.

The third profile can be moved variably. It can ideally be used to ensure there is no bending or twisting of the split façade element.

Very low centre of gravity ensures extremely secure positioning. This way, one person can manoeuvre panes even through residential doors. The wagon can be turned on the spot. It can be disassembled in only a few minutes and put into a small crate.

Adjustable supporting length of 500 - 2000 mm!!!

This transport wagon was especially designed for the project of the new construction of the Elbe Philharmonic Hall in Hamburg. Since the façade on the side of the harbour was located above the water of the Elbe river and could not be accessed, the elements were transported from the side of the land through the building with the HDF 1000 /3 and from there installed with an assembly crane.
