The long option KGK 900 counterweight crane has a lifting capacity of up to 900kg and is a practical solution for transporting panes at ground level. The counterweight makes it possible to manoeuvre a load right up to its installation point. It is powerful enough to move panes weighing up to 900kg. This device requires more than one operator. For devices that enable one-person operation, we recommend our ML assembly lifts or GMG glass assembly devices.

The device has six wheels, making it simple to manoeuvre. The wheels rotate freely, so you can move the device in all directions.

The crane arm is inserted manually. The device is fitted with a 1.3m extension that can be set to nine different positions. A 2.3m extension is available as an optional extra.

There are   two counterweight boxes directly in front of the removable traversing bracket. These can be filled individually with up to 14 precisely fitting weights of 16 kg each.

The KGK can be completely disassembled in just a few steps. It can be transported in a space-saving way or filled with 1 or 2 persons it can be moved without difficulty, e.g. over floors, without the need for a crane. This is particularly helpful if there is no crane available on the construction site. The KGK is also ideal for use in buildings that are difficult to access from the outside.

The wire rope hoist with 500 kg capacity has  29 m rope length with rope guide, weighs 30 kg and the steel rope has a rope speed of 12 m per minute. The 230 V drive has an output of 1800 W/ 7 A and can be operated by remote control.
